Tattoo Booking Information

DETAILS

You will be asked to provide your contact details, but more importantly some details regarding your tattoo!

Below is a list of details I require to quote and book your tattoo:

Approximate size in centimetres (cm)
Placement of the tattoo
Colour or Black/Greywash
If you have any pre-existing tattoos or skin conditions in the area, including scaring.
The design number if you're selecting a pre-drawn design

If you are booking a custom design you will need to provide at least 2 reference photos for the design as well as a clear description of your idea.

REFERENCE PHOTOS

If you are booking in for a custom tattoo, whether it's a small simple piece or a more complex, large scale design I do ask for at least 2 reference photos when you book in. The more photos you provide me the more I can understand what you're after in your piece.

Please attach as many photos as you feel necessary to communicate what you would like from your tattoo design.

WHAT TO BRING ON THE DAY!

Must haves!

Is it finally time to get your tattoo? Please make sure you bring the following things to your appointment:

A valid form of photo ID (You must be over 18 to be tattooed in the state of QLD)
Any snacks or drinks you might want, especially for those longer sessions (we do have snacks available at the studio and drinks are available to be purchased)
Comfortable and appropriate clothing, please keep in mind the placement of your tattoo and how long you will be sitting when considering what to wear to your appointment!

Things to consider:

Here are a few things I would recommend doing before your appointment so you're as prepared as possible come the time of your tattoo!

Leading up to your appointment, try moisturizing the area daily, this will help with the application of your tattoo and the healing process afterwards.
Prepare clean, comfortable and loose fitting clothing for your appointment. Make sure it is easy to access the area you're getting tattooed and is comfortable enough for you to sit in for the duration of your tattoo.
Eat at least 4 hours before getting your tattoo. The body needs energy to sit through the process of the tattoo so a good meal beforehand is recommended.
Avoid alcohol the night before and the day of your appointment, having too much alcohol in your system when it comes to getting tattooed can affect the healing of your brand new piece.
If you have spoken to me regarding numbing cream and we have agreed you may use it, please apply it before coming to your appointment. Each brand has a different amount of time required before it is fully effective, please read the packaging on your cream and apply it so it has enough time to activate before you arrive.
I'm always down for a good chat while tattooing, but if you would like to bring something or multiple things to keep yourself distracted while getting your tattoo, you are more than welcome to. I recommend bringing headphones to listen to music or watch videos or a good book to read to keep your mind occupied.
